The Sunstone Management Fellowship Program is an annual, 6-month professional development initiative designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders in venture capital, private equity, investment, marketing, and economic development. Based at our headquarters in Irvine, CA, Fellows work closely with seasoned managers and directors, benefiting from direct mentorship, strategic coaching, and hands-on experience within a dynamic and innovative organization. Through rigorous research, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, Fellows contribute to impactful projects that drive Sunstone’s mission forward.
